Homepage: Administrator

The Home Page is the page you typically encounter first on the LMS platform and usually contains links to the other site pages that serves to facilitate your role as an administrator.

Home Page Contents: #

  • A top bar that includes your personal profile, notifications, emails, local time, and date.  It also includes a school icon by which the user can move between the schools that he has authority over.
  • A side menu that gives you direct access to any of the general tools. It contains all other entries for other parts of the system that are not included in the main categories.
  • You can hover over any of the main categories with the mouse to see their contents.
  • Your scores are also displayed on the top part of the page.
  • All notifications, messages, or announcement counters are also displayed.
  • The Main Categories are: Mailbox, Discussion Rooms, Custom Custom Libraries, Academic Calendar, VTT and Virtual Classrooms.

Statistics Section #

The Statistics section includes a toggle button on the top right to switch between contents stats and users stats.

The user stats include numbers of different users’ roles in your domain as shown in the adjacent image. These numbers are automatically updated.

The Contents stats all processes numbers all over the system, such as messages, attachments, assignments, VCR, etc. They are also automatically updated.
